Lippert Bros. proudly built the aircraft maintenance facility for the partnership forged between the Oklahoma Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Technology Center (MROTC) and the Boeing Co. The pre-engineered buildings contain both metal and fabric skin with associated apron. The facilities include aircraft paving of 350,000 square feet totaling 16,000 cubic yards of concrete. The "mega doors" used on the facility provide aircraft entrances of 187 and 170 feet in width, and 77 and 56 feet in height, respectively. There is also a foam fire suppression system in all three hangars.
